The delivery time depends on the destination of the package. An approximation will be provided during checkout, based on the entered destination.

You may return the package within 10 days of receiving it, for any reason. The product must be intact, with all tags and labels in place, for the refund to be initiated.

You can choose to receive the full value of the returned item as store credit, valid for one year, or opt for a refund to your original payment method (card or bank account), subject to a nominal restocking fee.

To initiate a return, email returns@houseofagam.com with your order number, the item being returned, the reason for return, and your preferred refund method.

We currently accept UPI, NetBanking, credit and debit card payments and Cash on delivery.

At House of Agam we try to make everything as responsibly as possible - this includes using sustainable, organic and recycled raw materials as much as possible. All our products are manufactured inhouse in our group owned factory which is GOTS, Oeko-Tex, WRAP and Sedex certified which helps us maintain our ethical and sustainable standards whilst also having full transparency.

Unfortunately we do not do international shipping currently.

Cancellations are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case by case basis. Please email support@houseofagam.com with your order details and reason for cancellation as soon as possible to initiate this process.

We currently do not have any physical stores.

Our products are all made in India, predominantly within our group-owned manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu.
